Coping with changes in life is always difficult. Coming to terms and dealing with changes in your health, however, can be particularly challenging.
Our rehabilitation team is here to help. Our specialist carers are trained to assist with all manner of rehabilitation needs and typically support individuals who need assistance following an accident, trauma, disability or long-term illness.
Of central importance to us in providing rehabilitation services are our initial meetings with you. We will really get to know you and understand what your care and rehabilitation requirements are. We will then tailor an individual home care plan for you and provide you with a specially trained carer to meet your needs. We will also provide a carer who shares similar personality traits to you. It is important that your carer is someone who you can get along with, trust and work with. We will find the perfect match for you.
Our head office team will be in regular contact with you and your family to ensure you are receiving the best possible care. Our Care Co-ordinator will personally oversee and continually review the care you are receiving. We work hand-in-hand with all other companies and agencies that are involved in your rehabilitation to ensure that you receive co-ordinate care and support.
As you would expect, all of our carers are fully trained in accordance with the requirements of the Care Quality Commission. In addition, every carer has an Enhanced Disclosure and Debarring Certificate.
