If your care is currently being provided by a loved one or family member then from time to time they will need a break. Our Respite Carers are here to help.
All carers need a break from time to time. Time off allows for batteries to be recharged and for carers to deal with issues that may have arisen in their own lives.
We have a specially trained team of respite carers who can come into your home and provide the care and support that you need whilst your loved one or family member has some time to themselves. Knowing that expert care is in place will give your loved one the reassurance and piece of mind that they need in order to have a proper break and come back to you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
We offer respite care over whatever period you require. This might be a few days or several weeks depending on your circumstances. In every case we will carry out a full assessment of the care you require and put an appropriate care plan in place.
Our head office will keep in regular contact with you and your family to make sure that the care you are receiving is appropriate. We are always available for you and can be contacted at any time to discuss ways in which we can help.
As you would expect, all of our carers are fully trained in accordance with the requirements of the Care Quality Commission. In addition, every carer has an Enhanced Disclosure and Debarring Certificate.
