As Mum’s needs were complex we had regular contact with the care staff and the office, sometimes daily. We were able to work as a team with both the care staff and the office management staff, to support mum at home and deal with any problems that needed addressing. - Being proactive in suggesting improvements to Mum’s environment
- Taking mum out into the village
Not only this but we could see first hand that Mum’s primary care team was well supported by an efficient and effective management team who visited the house regularly, conducted supervisions and had regular telephone contact.
